I am searching for information regarding Johan Frederik DENHARDT (many other spellings but with same sound), who is believed born in the area of Central Germany about 1776-1786. He had a brother named Guenther born there also. Johan Frederik married Zidsel HANSDATTER in the Vejle, Norup, Denmark area in about 1811. Four children are known to have been born to them: Ane Marie Lovise, Johan Conrad, Johan Henrik August and Hans Christian. Johan Frederik may have had a prior marriage and family in Germany (wife unknown) before he migrated to Denmark.
