Unidentified Picture - This is a picture that was among the possessions of a deceased relative which we received several years ago. It may have been taken at Torgeson Studio in Logan, Utah. Since the name of the studio is on the side for a horizontal picture and this is a vertical picture, I'm not sure whether it was actually taken there. The frame is for an 8" by 10" picture. It has a gray mat and the picture itself is 5" x 7". The picture is very clear - not like this scan which I did through the glass. I didn't want to destroy the paper on the back that said, "
Picture taken July 1929". If anyone recognizes this person, we would be happy for them to have the picture. If not, I may see if a local Veteran's group would like to have it; or, better yet, is there a veteran's group in Logan who might like to display it?
Lost and Found - A patron brought in a photo collection that was found in a home being renovated in Garland, Wyoming. If you recognize any of these names, we'd love to have them find a good home.
