I am searching for the birthplace and parentage of my great grandfather, Samuel Harvy PRICE. He was born 2 July 1836 in Ohio. He married Lucy Jane YATES in Callaway Co., Missouri 22 Jan 1873. He died there 5 October 1889.

I am also searching for my husband's grandfather, James M. JEWELL. He came to Utah from Ohio and married Mary Alice WOOD, 15 January 1904 in Ogden, Weber, Utah. His approximate birth date is 1882 or 1884 and on his son's birth certificate it states that he was born in Cleveland, Ohio. I have located the family of Francis (Frank) JEWELL on the 1900 census record. They have a son, James born in September 1884. The census was taken in Painesville Township, Lake Co., Ohio. There is a possibility that this James is the James I am looking for but I need help in proving or disproving that this is so.
